Living in the beautiful city of Baden-Baden, surrounded by a rich culinary landscape, we felt there was an opportunity to bring something unique to the city – a place that captures the true essence of Asian cuisine while offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Mizuki was created from this inspiration: a place where we can share our passion for Asian flavours, carefully crafted dishes, and the hospitality that is at the heart of our culture.

Our menu celebrates the freshness of carefully selected ingredients and the distinctive aromas of Asian herbs and spices, combined with the finest local produce from Europe. From everyday staples such as udon, noodles, and rice dishes to premium selections like French Barbary duck and tender filet mignon, our menu offers a diverse culinary journey designed to suit every taste and every occasion.
AMBIENCE
Our interior is significantly influenced by Japanese aesthetics, where warm wood tones and natural light create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere. We have also carefully selected oil paintings from local artists in Hanoi to complete the look, adding a touch of Vietnamese artistry and cultural character to the space.
